You must use the platform only where your access and activity are lawful. You are responsible for confirming that your use of Sazimarket is permitted in your jurisdiction and for complying with any age, identity, tax, reporting, or licensing requirements that apply to you.

We may request identity, residency, source-of-funds, or other compliance information at any time. Failure to provide accurate or complete information may result in restricted access, delayed withdrawals, or account suspension.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, devices, authentication methods, and connected wallet approvals. Activity that occurs through your account or wallet is your responsibility unless caused by our own misconduct.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account, wallet, or session has been compromised. We may suspend access temporarily to protect users and the platform while suspicious activity is reviewed.

Prices, liquidity, and available markets may change rapidly. Order placement, execution, cancellation, and settlement depend on market conditions, system availability, blockchain finality where applicable, and the resolution rules published for each market.

Market outcomes are determined according to the listed market rules and the resolution source identified on the market. We may correct obvious operational errors, cancel trades affected by technical faults, or delay settlement while disputes or integrity reviews are in progress.

You agree to pay any fees, spreads, network costs, or other charges disclosed at the time of funding, trading, or withdrawal. We may update fees from time to time by publishing revised pricing or operational notices on the platform.

You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations arising from your use of the platform, including gains, losses, rewards, and transfers.

You may not use the platform to violate law, infringe rights, manipulate markets, evade controls, misrepresent identity, abuse promotions, interfere with system operations, or access the service through bots or automation that we have not authorized.

Termination does not remove obligations that arose before termination, including fees, indemnities, dispute rights, or restrictions on prohibited conduct.

The platform is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific market availability, or that all third-party services, payment rails, or blockchain networks will remain continuously operational.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sazimarket and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, trading losses, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of these terms or the platform will be limited to the amount of fees you paid to us during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, market categories, payment methods, or support channels at any time. We may also update these terms by posting a revised version on the site.

Your continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to a change, you must stop using the platform.
